  • How good is the suction grip on the dash in 100 degree plus temps? Also does the vent mount block ac from working properly?

    About the suction grip material: we chose it because it has superior performance in temperature extremes. It has been tested in a 120-degree environment and found to have no performance issue. The gel material will not melt and when it gets dirty please wash it with warm water then let it air dry. It will return to a like-new state.

    About the vent mount and AC: Our mount has a locking nut on the back which provides about 1/2" of space between the vent and the mount + phone. The result is the air diffuses due to the phone and mount but it will still blow out of the vent and work to cool the car.

  • Can the retractable 2.5 ft. cable be extended to a shorter, desired length, or does it have to be fully extended for each and every use?

    Yes, the retractable cable can be adjusted to many different lengths shorter than 2.5ft, as per the user need.
